You have a 21 day grace period after your order has been delivered to make any returns. All items must be returned in the original poly bag with the original labels and tags still attached.
All Sale/Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item has a manufacture defect.
Please complete this return FORM and place it in your package along with the item you are returning.
Little Threads, Inc. will not accept any items that have been worn or soiled or if the tags or labels have been removed. We recommend that you send all returns with a tracking label and obtain a receipt for proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that get lost in transit.
We can only accept returns that have been purchased through our website. If you need to return an item that you have purchased at a store/boutique, you have to make your return there.

Little Threads, Inc. is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be defective or the wrong item has been shipped in error. If you are returning a defective item, we will reimburse your return delivery cost. If you are returning an item shipped to you in error, please contact us immediately.
If your item has a manufacture defect, we will cover your return shipping cost. Please send a shipping expense receipt along with the defective item to the return address. We suggest you keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your records.
